The Southwest Energy Institute is scheduled for April 24-27, 2017.
We invite you to connect with a diverse group of oil and gas professionals from around the country when you exhibit at Southwest Energy Institute. Your sponsorship and booth space provides an excellent opportunity to present information on your products and develop new contacts. Institute participants will visit the booths throughout each day of the event. Booth Reservation, Cost and Confirmation Information
Booth reservations are taken on a first-come, first serve basis, and are only available on the Website. Please complete your application online.
The charge per booth is $175. Outside exhibit space is located in the south parking lot of the Seward County Event Center. Cost for an outside exhibit space is $100 per space. The booths are 25’ x 40’. Booth confirmation is the receipt from the SCCC Business and Industry office. Receipts will be sent to the individual completing the application or the payment provider. Application confirmation may also be obtained by calling 800-373-9951 x1171 or 620-417-1171. It is recommended to confirm booth applications. (Review Map of Event Center with booth numbers)
Set Up and Tear Down Information
Exhibitor set-up will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, April 24, extending until 6:00 pm. for your convenience. Booth tear down will begin at 1 pm, Wednesday, April 26, immediately following the exhibitor cash drawings (3-$100 prizes) at noon in the south lobby area of the Event Center (must be present to win).
Electrical Power Requirements
Electrical power will be available in all inside locations, but booths requiring more than 5 amps may need to be strategically placed in the activity center to allow sufficient power.
PLEASE NOTE ON THE BOOTH APPLICATION under Special Instructions/Preferences if additional power is required.
Freight and Equipment Dimensions
Just 4 U Services is closed for business. Please ship all freight to: C/O Southwest Energy Institute, Seward County Event Center, 810 Stadium Dr., Liberal, 67901. All vendors may have freight picked up from there, but it is the vendors’ responsibility to contact a shipping company to pick up the freight from the Event Center no later than Wednesday, May 3, 2017. A forklift (5,000 pound) will be available at the Event Center on April 25 and 27. A wavier must be signed before any items will be moved in and out of the vendors booth.
Wireless Internet is available in the Event Center.
